Convocation is a celebratory ceremony where degrees are conferred. The institution Chairman, Technical director and Principal along with the invitees of the day will issue the students their academic hoods on stage.

Convocation function is to represent the views of the alumni to the Institution administration and to encourage co-operation among alumni.

International Institute of Industrial Safety management (IIISM) will arrange the convocation day for its students in the institute campus.  The Students PGDISM Certificate from VTU will be received by IIISM and on the occasion of Convocation day the certificates will be issued to the students on stage.
